Today I am starting a series of posts about deep subconscious mind changes – changing your deep subconscious mind for the better.
These posts will benefit anyone; from the best and cleverest thinkers in the world to children, and also, the mentally ill.
The word ‘changing’ implies effectiveness. A core focus of these posts will therefore be on results.
Because I have lived it myself…I know how to help you achieve deep and permanent change in your thinking, feelings, emotions and actions, including how to affect your subconscious mind.
I am a veteran of experience. Let me ask you, if you needed brain surgery, would you pick a brain surgeon who did a few brain operations each year as part of a general surgical practice, or would you prefer the guy who did them every day and had a wealth of experience? If the enemy was bearing down on you, would you prefer to be among a band of combat veterans or with a group fresh from infantry school?
I did not simply learn what I know in a book, in a course of study, or by observing others. Sure, I learned some things from books, study and observation along the way which helped me, but the point is that they were not the primary source.
There is no substitute for experience. For example, you might be a so called ‘world expert’ on depression; but unless you have personally experienced freeing yourself from severe depression, then you have a serious ‘disqualification’. An upsetting view for some, but you know it is true – if you are honest with yourself!
Truth is a subject we will dwell on during this series of posts. Objectivity, subjectivity and so on will all be discussed. Truth can be painful – some people spend their lives avoiding it. Embracing truth is a good kind of pain though. In fact, in time you will get a glimpse of why I consider “the painful embrace and caress of truth” a delightful experience. And why I can write about it in those terms. It has nothing to do with masochism either!
About 2 years ago, I helped a businesswoman client who had low to moderate issues which she needed help with. She then introduced me to her daughter, who became a client also. The daughter had serious issues and at 21, had been visiting a variety of psychologists, psychiatrists, counsellors and other therapists since she was 7 – a total of 14 years. The daughter had been sexually abused when she was extremely young. As time passed, some months later, the mother said to me that her daughter had told her that of all the people (therapists) that she had been to see, “Alex is the only one who is any good “.
Some might consider the comment “Alex is the only one who is any good ” as kudos, and they would be right; however it is actually an extremely sad situation when you consider the implications of it in terms of the wider picture. Sad, not just for her, but for others having a similar experience of not making significant progress having received therapy. So, in one sense it was gratifying to hear for a variety of reasons, yet on the other hand, it was also distressing.
So, did the comment go to my head and puff me up with pride, arrogance etc? Definitely not. As you will see as you devour this series of posts; humility is actually something to be sought after, cherished, grown and closely guarded. These posts will at times shock some of you, upset you, at others deeply affect you, at others cause you to change your life and world views.
This series of posts will follow a general sequence, however to get the most out of them, you will ideally read the earlier ones again after digesting the latter. In fact, I recommend reading again in the future also. The posts will feature heavy doses of logic. Yes, they will also at times include spiritual aspects, however I stress that the methodology I teach works even if you are an atheist or agnostic. This is because the methods are based in truth and ‘natural law‘; which works if you practice (do) it, regardless of your beliefs, which is a sign of the tremendous power for mind change available.
Some of my experience dates back as far as 1985 – 28 years ago at the time of writing. Back in the early years I did not have deep or broad understanding of some of this stuff, which made things harder. Part of my aim with this material is to make it easy for you, the reader, to get into the fast lane, put your foot down and stay there. I am extremely blessed/fortunate/lucky, and as such have a (pleasurable) duty to help others. It would be a terrible waste if I did not. I will never be able to see everyone who can benefit from my help; thus this website will help remedy that. In time, I will produce videos, a book and will also highlight my availability on this website for over the phone consultations. I plan to hold more workshops and seminars – you see, a key element of how I go about things is to get people doing…then they experience the power for themselves and no longer need to ‘believe it because Alex said so’. Instead, they have personal experience.
More about my beginning, and why I have this expertise…
Simply speaking, I had a very bad start in life and had to find out how to fix my mind – stuff that worked, and got results. Like many of my clients, I despaired of the ‘help’ I was offered by so called ‘professionals’ and ‘experts’ and realised that if I did not find my own way out of the mental mess I was in, I never would. Ironically, many years later, in recent times, a good friend of mine who is a retired Psychology Professor said that most (not all, of course) Psychologists are not effective at fixing deep seated problems because they fail to address the emotional issues.
I had, and have, no time for crap.
Mind Coaching is my core area of experience and expertise.
Everything else I help people with springs from, and depends upon, this. That includes Life Coaching, Executive Coaching, Counselling, Business Coaching and so on. In fact, I am the guy you need AFTER you have seen your Life Coach, Executive Coach, Counsellor etc.
I work at the deep foundational level and at that point help people gain the greatest leverage. If you want to construct a solid building you need good foundations.
As a ‘taster’, consider this:
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” – Carl Jung
This is actually one of the most important quotes ever!
Because subconscious/unconscious conditioning and other crap that we all have ‘running’ below the level of our awareness is controlling our lives. As Jung says, people call this control, fate.
I know this from deep and extensive personal experience. Take time to think about how logical it is. How truthful.
A key reason I recovered from severe mental illness (primarily parent inflicted) was because I accessed and ‘healed’ my deep subconscious.
So, I will paraphrase the quote:
“Until you heal your subconscious/unconscious, it will control your life, ‘make’ you do ‘unhelpful’ things and you, being in the ‘dark’, will think that what happens is either ‘meant to be’ or that it ‘cannot be helped’. You will also think that you know ‘truth’, when instead you are ‘blinded’ by conditioning. You will always be a slave to what others once said, did to you, or caused you to experience.”
Whatever you are doing in life, whoever you are, you will benefit from my experience.
…those thoughts you can’t control…those thoughts you are only vaguely aware of…and, worst of all, those thoughts you don’t know about; but which are holding you back.
Generally, I work with already exceptional people who want to increase their ‘edge’, or with people who are determined to change and to excel. Are you one of those?
If so, contact me today.
“Emotions are the next frontier to be understood and conquered. To manage our emotions is not to drug them or suppress them, but to understand them so that we can intelligently direct our emotional energies and intentions…. It’s time for human beings to grow up emotionally, to mature into emotionally managed and responsible citizens. No magic pill will do it.”
– Doc Childre
“By starving emotions we become humorless, rigid and stereotyped; by repressing them we become literal, reformatory and holier-than-thou; encouraged, they perfume life; discouraged, they poison it.”
– Joseph Collins
“It’s a funny thing about life; if you refuse to accept anything but the best, you very often get it.” – W. Somerset Maugham
“Alex has transformed my life and has helped me to achieve my goals which was a huge breakthrough for me. I have no hesitation in recommending Alex to you as he is a caring professional who will change your life for the better!”
