A beach where one needs ‘supervisors’ (life savers) to:
a) pull you out in emergencies,
b) warn you not to swim,
c) watch out for sharks,
…is not a good beach.
It’s certainly not ‘one of the best in the world’.
Despite what ‘they’ say. Here on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia.
Besides the obvious, what might it be?
In some cases, and especially if the beach is popular, it’s likely to be a marketing thing.
Enjoy it if you can/you like…but don’t be deluded as well.
